Please ask your Youth Exchange Officer (YEO), for the name & email address of the potential student’s Country Contact (CC). if they have previously told you the country, you can look up the CC’s email address on the Contact Page.
You will also need the names & phone numbers for 4 references (3 non-relatives, 1 relative) to submit the host family application.
We are now requesting all Host Family Applications be submitted on Volunteers Matter, portions of the process will still require additional forms on this website. But you will need to start on Volunteers Matter to start the process.
